New to geniego. Installed iPhone geniego app and directv app on iPads. Here is the issue- all can watch live streaming, none can access the saved playlist on the dvr nor download any content. They are all connected to the receiver (shows green) but cannot seem to access geniego playlists. The error given on the iphone AND ipad is 'hd dvr is busy and cannot support streaming, please try again' .. Anyone help???
