I just wondering if there have been any reported problems with the Genie HD DVR HR44/700 when recording/watching instant on demand movies? Being specific, I noticed the other night Monuments Men only available on demand from Starz from the banner and I hit enter, hit watch now, it started to play back with 1 problem, the audio would sputter in and out of dolby digital on my receiver every 2 to 3 seconds via hdmi. So I would delete, hit record, go to bed, next day try to watch when fully record and same problem, sputtering audio. Delete again. I tried other TV shows via on demand, no problems. It's just any movie. I have an Apple Wifi Router in the same room as the Directv receiver. I reset both. My hard drive is at 100%.
My internet is Charter:

Any suggestions or is there an actual known problem? Oh my soft ware is 0x8c2 Thu. 8/7.
