I guess my question is, am I the only person with such a problem?
I would think so. Folks with limited internet access, must do their "homework" and use as appropriate. Instead of telling DIRECTV® to put warnings I say folks should lobby their local government to make better internet access in rural places more readily available. Internet access in the US is laughable when it comes to some third world countries and this is by no means DIRECTV® fault!
