Long story short I had a tiVo DVR receiver SD-DVR40 that went bad and I didn't want to renew my contract and get a new receiver so I had a electronic House repair the one I had so I received it back put my card back in it and call DirecTV and spoke with the representative and she said did they had to of changed the board out so the board did not match the card so she reset it to where it would work but I'm not receiving channel 2 channel 4 or channel 11 it's like it sit for another state so how do I reset it for California for ZIP Code 91710 can you please help
