Oh, it helps to turn on wi-fi if you want to log into GenieGo!! I am smoking—I will be able to take so many shows off my DVR. This is terrific!

Well, you should be able to use the GenieGO while OOH as well, as least to watch downloaded movies. not that if you delete the shows from the DVR, they will get deleted from the GenieGo as well

Got the same problem. They came out when I first complained and replaced the dish and the DVR, but they replaced it with the 34 so the problem still exists. Sometimes I miss Dish Network... DirecTV...

I'm beginning to think that DirecTV may never solve this problem with the HR34s. Your best bet is to insist on an HR44 replacement. That's been successful for some folks who posted here. Good luck.
