You don't need the DECA Home adapter on the Genie but leave it on the others. No DECA nedded for wireless either

What test did you do?  The "real'  test is to do a "repeat satellite' process.  This process does the same test as if it was being activated.   If this passes then you are good

ohh ok.. i just checked the signal on each location as the tech did a few weeks ago...i'll do the repeat satellite process later today... doing so will not affect my service if it does not pass will...

Yes.  LNB to PWR to SWM on PI then SIGNAL to IRD from PI to DVR
