Directv has a problem the genie remote is nice but customer ask why did directv take away av1 and av2 now you can't control other devices in the customers homes ya the audio device option can run their sound bar but it can't turn it on or off like the old rc66 as nice as the new remote is. its not as good as the rc66. directv I hope you can find away to improve the rc71 and 72 to operate more of the customers equipment thank you
