The SWM LNB can only handle 8 tuners you have 13 ( 5 for the genie 2 per DVR 1 for each receiver) you need a SWM16 and a standard LNB with 4 coaxes from the dish.

Who installed your equipment? When? DirecTV installer should have provided the required SWM16 and LNB upgrades to handle all of those tuners.
