Hi,
I have an HD DVR Genie box that was installed a few months ago and it was working fine for a while and then randomly stopped connecting to internet and I can not get on demand content. Nothing has changed. I called DIRECTV and they couldn't figure out problem as the box finds my router and doesn't connect. I get error 86-693 I believe. I have a Netgear router and everything else on the router can connect, phone, laptop, tablets etc. Not sure the problem. Any help would be appreciated.
