Re: iPhone lost GenieGo connection after one month of it working, out of home

Account sharing=security of account?  Seems like the process is locking out a legitimate customer to avoid account sharing, hence the security of the account????  All I want to do it reauthorize my iPhone so it can work with the GenieGo box I purchased.  DirecTV knows my account has the box, my phone was authorized.  But there is no way to recover the authorization from out of home?  That's simply poor for a device that is advertised to allow access out of home.
