Do you have a laptop or other device that you can try plugging the Ethernet cable and the CCKW into to try connecting though it that way, you will need to disable the laptops built in WiFi.

I have reset the genie twice. It didn't help the scrambled picture at all. I've also reset default network settings and it still doesnt find my internet.
