If you're getting the 722, refresh service message then just log into your account and resend authorizations to yourself. I think it's like "send a signal" or something like that.

Re: AM21 - Are these channels in the database?
Here's something you can try to get channels 25.1-25.5. Run Cincinnati (45201) as your primary zip and then run Monterey CA (91754) as your secondary zip on an initial setup on your AM21. If your antenna is receiving 25.1-25.5 in Cincinnati, this will give you those channels, albeit with the wrong guide. At least you will be able to view the channels.

To Be Announced-Again
I posted something like this before and it's frustrating seeing "To Be Announced" on my whole list. I did the whole reset and then reset again in the 30 min time frame. Then the next day, back to TBA. If this continues, should I call directv?
I have HR23/700. Only my receiver out of all 4 has this issue.
32 total at 101
1-8: 90's, 75, 100's
9-16: 90's, 80, 100's
17-24: 90's, 74, 100's
25-32: 90's, 0, 100's

Manual Recording gets confused when changing Duration
I record MLB games as manual recordings.
On Thursday 7/24 I set the following:
When: Today
Start: 11 PM
Duration 2 hours 10 minutes
If during the game, it appears it is running late, I will change the duration.
If I change the duration before midnight, there is no problem.
After midnight, I changed the duration to 2 hours 40 minutes (the game was running late)
However, when I go to watch the game, it has the duration on the scale as 26 hours 40 minutes.
If I go back into recording options, indeed it was changed from 2 hours 40 minutes to 26 hours 40 minutes.
Here is where I think the error is made by the receiver:
When I edit it after midnight, it still has the "When" as Today instead of "Yesterday"
Even though it actually started the day before, it is adding the 2 hours 40 minutes to the 11 PM on Friday instead of Thursday.

The owners manual says for the best picture use the component output to the component TV input (y red, pb green, pv blue + red /white for audio) you can get either a 5 cable combined or a 3 cable +a separate red/white for audio.

So, you are saying that while there is obviously a problem with the directv and premium subscriptions feed, either software based or other, it is the customers responsibilty to call customer support and wait on hold and try to explain to them what needs to be done and then wait and see if that fixes the problem?

Signal is breaking up
I've checked and the satellite dish is clear - but the signal keeps breaking up - it is VERY annoying. Is there a way to stop this from happening? We have clear skies - no storms in the area. Lancaster, PA area

I just got my genie remote. I have no problem controlling the sound on my sony speaker system but I can't get it to turn it on. I don't know how. Please help.

New account - everything looks like it's zoomed in.
New account. Picture looks like close-up shots - zoomed in and doesn't show much to the left or right of center. I don't have a flat screen tv, but never had this issue with Comcast OR DirecTV before that. How can I fix this?
